We are expecting our dear friend Mr. Lim Teh Kwan's visit on 29th November 2009.

We will have simple Pot-Luck at my place around 5pm-6pm.

East Main Reunion 2009.

Fantastic and yummy dinner at Pantai Seafood Restaurant.

Still young and handsome !!!!

This was before the SIX bottle of wines !

All the East Main Ladies......

It has always been the characteristic of East Main.

That we decide on holding party or event last minute.

Last minute event always give excitedment and lots of surprises !

It works for East Main while in USL...

and

It works here in Singapore and KL too !

The date was 8/8/2009, Saturday.

Without prior planning and proper scheduling,

We East Mainers in Singapore decide to go up to Malaysia and
have a reunion with those East Mainer residing in KL.

Despite the killing 3-4 hours traffic jam at the second link,
our spirit still hold high and we are all very excited , enthusiatic
and looking forward to the reunion.

The reunion turned out to be a very successful " crazy party " that
last until 5:30AM on the following morning of 9/8/2009 !

We met friends that lost touch for almost 25 years......

Alex Sia : " Thank you Siow Ling for converting your house into East Main for once ! "

Ah Kun ( GAN ) : " I could not remember when was the last time I stayed up to 4Am ! "

( Kun....after you left, we continue to drink and talk until 5:30AM !!! )

Siam : " This gathering of East Main Family....all of us went back to 25 years ago and felt so young and full of energy.....it was a very enjoyable and full of fun nite indeed.....

Our USL buddies

Phang Poy Leong, Han, Chelsia & Adriene came down to


Singapore on 5 JULY 2009 ( one day after USA Independent Day ! )

and we

had a get together at Afandi Han's residence.

To prepare for the gathering, Alex Sia suggested that we have an


" Pot-Luck " meals.......

Each one of us will buy some Singapore's BEST Authentic food to


serve our good old friends from far far land.

So

these are what we bought .....

Nyonya Kueh and the famous " Good & Rich " Swissrolls

( the swissrolls got pandan, durian and mango flavour )

That's why our Ah Yeo was late for 20 minutes as he was Qed for almost

45 minutes !

Oh yeah alomost forgot......, the delicious Rose & Ribena drinks were prepared by Michelle.

* The Singapore Ragin Cajun had a small get together last nite at t.s & michelle's residence.

Attendees were Utah Phang, Sia and Gan, Yen Fong, Boon Lai and Lee San, Yeo, Chiu & KaiPeng and virtual guests Miss Han & Phang from Dallas.
