Beignets - A French Doughnut

Still remember these little white pillows! They are Beignets or we commonly call French Doughnut. 

We used to have a store near Acadiana Mall selling French Doughnut. I tried to locate the store during my last visit. Too bad, I couldn't find it.

I downloaded the recipe and give it a try:-  Not Too Bad! 

So! we are going to have a Beignets Party soon. We need coffee to go with it. I knew that Papua New Guinea got some famous coffee. So  friend  from Papua New Guinea, You know what to do when you visit Singapore.
